I heard that the book is now available as a paperback. I couldn’t see mention of this at Cellular Phone Task Force’s website but it’s listed on the Book Depository’s website, where it says it’s available soon (in 22 days).
The good news is that they give free shipping! (But with the current situation with planes, who knows how long this will take?)

I have just finished reading this incredible book. It historically puts a new perspective on the causes of many modern day diseases: influenza, diabetes, obesity, heart disease, cancer and EHS .
Well worth the read.
