Smart Power Meter safety

Smart Meters in America are a huge concern, with health issues and overcharging etc. This video below is a group who are trying to stop them in the States. But like everything else, if it has been tried and does not work somewhere else in the world, then our leaders will ensure we have it.
Well of course it is a hazard! ?Wakey wakey! But if you cover the smart meter with alfoil all around it, even double alfoil, then I imagine the microwaves will not get through that easily. Barry Trower says that alfoil has tiny holes in it so a) It will not protect a person and b) it will probably not send the signal either, and you will end up having an argument with company. Better to lock your meter box and refuse it all together I reckon.
I suspect that if it is shielded it will up the power and start transmitting all at full throttle to try and make contact with it’s destination. So, if shielding, shield well.
Hi
COVER THE REAR (BACK) OF YOUR METERS WITH ALUMINUM FOIL TO REFLECT THE RADIATION OUT OF YOUR HOUSE PREFERABLY AIM IT TO THE SKY INSTEAD OF YOUR NEIGHBORS THEN COVER THE WHOLE METER WITH ALUMINUM FOIL THIS
WILL PREVENT THE HARMFUL EMISSION OF RADIATION
MAKE A SNUG LITTLE COCOON FOR THE METER
yeah but why should you have to do that? if you need to cover it up and make a snug little cocoon for the meter then surely that suggests that it is a hazard, does it not? something that is entirely safe does not require this kind of treatment.
