Please post this link, everyone should read this and especially now there is a h.a.a.r.p facitlity in Exmouth WA.If anyone needs confirmation by now that this is globally-organised on a grand scale, then I give you the ‘Smart Grid’. This is the plan already being rolled out to install a global grid that would supply homes with electricity and information. Advocates describe it in their Orwellian jargon as “an intelligent digitised energy-network delivering electricity in an optimum way from source to consumption”; and “integrated information, telecommunication and power technologies with the existing electricity system”. There is also a related brand called HomePlug, “the power alliance [cartel] which distributed Internet, HD video, digital music and other applications [information in other words] to the home”.

Here is the sales-pitch garbage for ‘Smart Grids’ – and then I will tel you the real reason the technology is being introduced:

Increased use of digital information and controls technology to improve reliability, security and efficiency of the electric grid.
Dynamic optimisation of grid operations and resources, with full cyber-security.
Deployment and integration of distributed resources and generation, including renewable resources.
Deployment and incorporation of demand response, demand-side resources, and energy-efficiency resources.
Deployment of ’smart’ technologies (real-time, automated, interactive technologies that optimize the physical operation of appliances and consumer devices) for metering, communications concerning grid operations and status, and distribution automation.
Integration of ’smart’ appliances and consumer devices.
Deployment and integration of advanced electricity-storage and peak-shaving technologies, including plug-in electric and hybrid electric vehicles, and thermal-storage air conditioning.
Provision to consumers of timely information and control options.
Development of standards for communication and interoperability of appliances and equipment connected to the electric grid, including the infrastructure serving the grid.
Identification and lowering of unreasonable or unnecessary barriers to adoption of smart grid technologies, practices and services.

The Legislation & act governing electricity & meters is clear. The power company has the lawful right to install have clear assess to & upgrade a electricity meter on any property in Victoria that has power connected to that property. What they don’t have lawful right to do is place a transmitter on any private citizens property in Victoria without the property owners consent to do so. An electrical meter & transmitter are two separate pieces of equipment.clearly defined by law. Simple placing a transmitter or item – equipment in side a electrical meter casing. Does not in law constitute it to remain only an electrical meter. To argue in law that any item or equipment can be placed inside a power meter casing & still be lawfully claimed classed or constituting only to be a electricity meter on it own right. Would be seen by any court as nonsense.

  3. owen john charles says:

Why bother with an investigation there is no legislation or act or law that allows the Victorian government or power company’s to place transmitters on private citizens properties in Victoria. Its unconstitutional. ask them where it states they have legal right to Because they don’t! .They would have to have an federal referendum to impose any law that gave them the power to do so. That’s what you should be asking the government & power company’s to show you. Their lawful right.

I am sure by now you have seen the latest post – I now feel we are winning the battle against the INSTALLATION OF SMARTERS TO OUR PROPERTIES. Power Cor can not Guarantee our Health and Safety. This is a huge breakthrough. I feel it is only a matter of time now before these SMART METERS are a thing of the past. Looking forward to the results of the Geelong and Melbourne Meetings. Wonder if any Politicians attended!!!! If they didn ‘t they should have, if they want to continue in Government. I for one won’t be voting for them ever again……………. Pam
