I managed to have smart meter installation delayed at my house, but suddenly became sick overnight with palpitations, chest pain, insomnia, dizziness, inability to concentrate and memory loss and fainting spells. AFTER becoming sick I found out that the day I became suddenly sick was the day the smart meter roll-out was completed in my area and the smart meters were remotely turned on from base.
I can no longer drive, I can’t work (I’m a doctor), I have to go and sleep at my mother in law’s place (there are no smart meters there yet).
My life is completely ruined and the energy companies and members of Victorian Parliament completely ignore me. Two doctors have confirmed my disability is entirely due to my sensitivity to smart meters’ radio transmission and I am 100% sure of that as I can always tell accurately if I am in a smart metered area or not.
We are now planning to move to South Australia to survive. What is happening in Victoria is a complete breakdown of democracy and an affront to social justice of enormous proportions and implications.
What if this is happening to an old lady living alone? Where can she go? We are all morally obliged to speak up and do something about it, if not for ourselves, for the vulnerable amongst us that, if affected, could not do anything about it.

Every scenario could be different, however, (and this is over-simplifying but) there is concern that in effect stifling the RF signal will cause more of it to reflect/travel back into the building’s wiring system where it could be distributed to the inside of the building at the electrical box and be further conducted/distributed elsewhere throughout the building via the standard metal wiring throughout. Some people have reported relief and reduced exposures by shielding an RF-emitting smart meter with metal mesh (which also might produce somewhat of a reflect/travel back effect).
Yes but as soon as they detect a no signal from the meter (10 mins?) they will investigate and take legal action and probably deny U electricity from then on. It is a police state U know.
What about plain ordinary aluminium foil. There is a fellow in BC who manufacturers a housing to fit around the old analog meter, thereby disabeling any new Smart Meter from being installed. Check out the websites below for the address.

Has anyone thought of wrapping their smart meter with lead. You used to be able to buy lead from plumbing supplies…about 30cm wide at any length you required. I don’t know if you still can.
Yes, globalization is coming to every ones door no matter if we like it or not. Having said that, it does not necessarily mean we have to accept or take it lying down. The one world order will not succeed as long as we have people willing to exercise their democratic right to be hard and if they don’t, then the only thing we can do is either hold a binding referendum or throw the bast… out next time a general elections is held.
I am from British Columbia Canada and they are spending well over a billion dollars to put smart meters in all homes and businesses throughout our province. Surely to goodness there must be safer means of communications amongst the masses.
Plain and simple folks, it’s time of use billing. The middle class is slowly but surely disappearing.
People Power must be the order of the day, not matter which part of the world you live in.

From down under, we too have a serious problem with accepting these meters. Many have reported high bills sometimes as much as triple. Illness and invasion of privacy is a common occurrence. What is the real purpose behind these contraptions, is it world wide control? The powers that be, seem to forget one thing. Power is in numbers, and not that of the corporations who try to control all. Isn’t cozy, to think that the world is under one umbrella of ‘SMART METERS”, Class action lawsuits seems the way out. Stick together. Preserve Democracy, and let the people make the choices.

If you were well enough to consult I would come to you for support and a letter. There are not many sensitive understanding Dr’s around. Is it too much to ask for details of Dr’s that do understand this so we have somewhere to go to get some supporting documentation.
To regain your health – I have found Moratherapist’s very good. When there is too much EMF how I understand it is that on their machine your blood spins backwards as you move into a precancerous states. They are able to shift the blood back into it’s rightful state. But while they can do this we also need to remove the cause or else it will reverse again!
Its inevitable. Smart meters will be a global reality. That’s “their” plan. All we can do is personally protect ourselves and our families. There are ways of counter balancing EMR. One needs to study what products, and grounding techniques, are out there that will help and not harm. Its sad to have to come to this. But who doesn’t own a cell phone…or a TV…or a microwave… or a laptop or iPad???? There is no escaping EMR. But there are ways to be protected. Don’t give into fear. That’s what will make you sick(er).
I do not believe it is inevitable. In the UK, for example, they have made smart meters voluntary, rather than mandatory, on health concerns grounds. In Italy, they have smart meters, but they communicate along existing power lines, they are not allowed to communicate via radiotransmissions for safety reasons.
It is not fear that is making me sick, it it the very real physical effect of the 24/7, widespread RFs.
Freddie is right! If everyone doesn’t give in to these power bullys then we will ALL be better off, so what is stopping people from acting? Laziness and being ‘ addicted’ to all of this technology…. cmon are you for real Sarah? Your narrow-minded attitude is what makes me sick!
Please, please get your story out into the public arena for the benefit of everyone, especially as you said, those who are powerless to help themselves. You have the credentials and qualifications that they really shouldn’t ignore.

HI, Yes a very good idea about going public with the above story. People need to know what is happening out there because of these stupid meters. I’m in the process of sending off letters, putting up signs, etc. A smart meter is supposed to be installed within the next week or so at the property where I live. I will not give up & lie down, & thanks to this site we can all stick together & fight for our rights.
You probably have a good chance of someone taking notice because you are a Dr. My Dr was too scared to say my symptoms were from the smart meters though my story is very similar to yours. He said they could have been from anything. Interestingly he did not even do an examination and then I noticed he wrote in his notes about my fear. They just have no idea.

I totally agree. We had a smart meter installed in October last year. We have been unable to spend much time at home since and have been sleeping in our van for over 5 months. We have tried getting the thing removed to no avail. Now it looks like we will sell our home of 22 years and move to QLD. It is a disgrace! I fear for pregnant women, babies, children, the elderly, disabled, chronically ill, etc. It has to be stopped.

Rosemary, I wouldnt be rushing to Queensland with the hope that you will be safe, this smart grid plan is a worldwide project, unless somehow we can stop it, no state in Australia will be safe, billions of dollars are invested and none of our spineless leaders are prepared to stand up and put a halt to this madness, money ahead of human rights, we know that babies, children and pregnant woman are most at risk, sadly the so called leaders do not care. All we can do is keep up our fight, never give up, they have to live with the guilt and shame of inflicting this grief on all of us and one day it will come back to haunt them.
It would be really good if this story were made more public – a personal profile with national media coverage??
