   I find it fascinating the Diggers Rest Residents Association were not in support of smart meters for power and yet a recent letterbox flier masks the introduction of smart meters for water as a “leak detection trial in Diggers Rest”.

   Invite your Local Councilors and Shire Councilors to your Meeting. Elections are coming up shortly and they will want YOUR VOTE, Today I had a Shire Councilor support me with an Article in our Local Paper. When it is printed it will be posted to the Website. Have a great Meeting and DON’T BE AFRAID TO ASK QUESTIONS. We have many Councils supporting us at the moment – they seem more approachable that the Parliamentarians, who a just passing the buck at the moment, hoping we will GIVE IN and get them off the hook. An invite to O’Brien and Bailieu wouldn’t go astray either -with a RSVP date and if they don’t acknowledge your Invitation that could go in your Minutes. They will eventually HAVE TO FACE THE PEOPLE ONE DAY – i don’t know how they sleep at night, knowing there are so many people out there who are suffering the effects of EMR, having to sell their homes because they are surrounded by SMART METERS. COULD GO ON AND ON – IF WE ALL STICK TOGETHER WE WILL WIN THIS BATTLE. GOOD LUCK…….CHEERS PAM 🙂

     Meanwhile we are bombarded with ads about quitting smoking because it is bad for ones health, etc which they found out much too late for some. We cannot afford to ‘wait around’ for years and years while they figure out that gee, smart meters actually cause greater harm than smoking and asbestos combined… So good on you Pam for your efforts to get word out there- it aint easy & takes time, not to mention, patience! These meetings are very neccessary community forums and much needed support for people everywhere. Thank God for this website 🙂
