   I have had solar panels installed on my house and Jemena are trying to persuade me into accepting a SMART METER. I have rejected them on the grounds that we are aware of all the health concerns etc. Jemena told me I had to send an email to them describing why I am objecting to the SMART METER they are installing. How many alternative meters are available and what are their names and advantages?

     True Energy’s website has some good information about the different types.

     It lists some other electronic meters.

   Shame I had to choose one option on the poll, because I am almost equally against all issues listed.
